PRO/CPRO will now Live stream classes via Zoom (click here), which is free for users and available across platforms and devices. All registrants will receive an email with the class specific login information.
Changes to a class or event will be updated on the individual class listing below. Previously registered attendees will be notified via email if their class has been changed.
Video and Photography Waiver and Usage:
Pinellas Realtor® Organization and the Central Pasco Chapter (PRO/CPAR) staff may conduct audio/video recording and photography of events, classes, and meetings for various purposes, including, but not limited to: publications (print and online), social media posts, and future educational, promotional and marketing activities. By attending PRO/CPAR functions, you consent to be photographed and audio/video recorded and agree that PRO/CPAR may use these photographs and/or recordings for any purpose without additional approval or permission and without compensation. All images, videos and recordings shall remain the property of PRO/CPAR. PRO/CPAR reserves the right to restrict audio and video recording at PRO/CPAR meetings and events based on a speaker or performer’s contractual agreement. Attendees agree to abide by such restrictions.
It is important to us that all members and guests fully benefit from our classes and events. If you require special considerations to attend, please contact us as soon as possible, but not less than five (5) working days before the date of attendance. We will make every effort to make reasonable accommodations for your needs.
Refund, Cancellation and No-Show Policies:
The registrant must submit a written cancellation request to PRO at least 5 business days before the event to receive a full refund.
Example: If the event takes place on Wednesday, the member must notify PRO by close of business the preceding Wednesday.
New Member Welcome – No Show and Cancellation
Although, there is no charge to attend New Member Welcome, registrants who cancel following the 5-business-day deadline or who fail to attend the class will be assessed a $15 administrative processing fee. General Education – No Show and Cancellation For all General Education Classes, registrants who cancel following the 5-business-day cancellation deadline will be assessed a $15 administrative processing fee. Course registration fees will not be refunded to registrants who cancel after the cancellation deadline or who fail to attend the class.
PROScholar Program – No Show and Cancellation
Registrants for PROScholar courses, who cancel following the 5-business-day cancellation deadline or fail to attend the class will not receive a refund and will be assessed an administrative processing fee equal to the class registration fee.
Example: Register for a $30 PROScholar Class. The class is on a Wednesday and you do not cancel in writing before Wednesday of the previous week. You will be assessed a $30 administration processing fee in addition to the registration fee. In other words, you will pay $30 to attend the class or $60 for not attending, unless you cancel at least 5 business days prior to the class.
