
Real Estate Apprentice Program (REAP)
The Real Estate Apprentice Program (REAP) will assist any person wishing to pursue a career as a real estate agent by providing specific and necessary tools, services, memberships, and guidance to become licensed, join the requisite REALTOR® associations and MLS, start working at a respected real estate brokerage and pursue a purposeful and sustainable, financially successful career.

- Preparing for listing appointments
- All about listing and selling condos (condo docs, applications/interview process, estoppels, rental, pet & vehicle restrictions, etc.)
- Preparing for closings (walk throughs, DA’s, closing docs)
- Open houses – How to market and best practices (printing fliers, signage, arrival set up, etc.)
- Marketing ideas
- Connecting with lenders, title agencies, and inspectors
- DISC profile
- Lead generation/economic models
- Goal setting organization/time blocking
