Payments should be made ONLINE directly to Stellar MLS. They can be contacted at 1-800-686-7451
Fees:
A $25.00 late fee will be added October 5, 2021 at 5:00 pm. Assistant’s account will also be suspended at that time. November 1, 2021 unpaid Assistant’s accounts will be terminated. To regain MLS access, assistants will need to complete an Unlicensed Assistant Application with PRO/CPRO (link below) and pay a $65.00 new member set-up fee, in addition to the full year’s payment.

A $50 Late fee will be added at close of business (5 PM ET) January 3, 2024. Termination for nonpayment will be February 1, 2024.
Brokers will then have until February 29, 2024 to pay the member’s dues, deactivate the license, or have office suspended.
Your REALTOR® membership invoice has the option to contribute $39 to the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC). These are non-mandatory, voluntary suggested contributions. Your support of RPAC will help protect your business against political forces threatening our industry and profession. The invoice also includes the option to contribute $10 to the PRO Foundation. The PRO Foundation raises funds that go to charities such as Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, Habitat for Humanity and others. You must modify these amounts when prompted to pay more or less than the suggested contributions: otherwise you will pay the additional $49 as shown.
