October 5, 2021 before 5:00 pm
Payments should be made ONLINE directly to Stellar MLS. They can be contacted at 1-800-686-7451
Fees:
A $25.00 late fee will be added October 5, 2021 at 5:00 pm. Assistant’s account will also be suspended at that time. November 1, 2021 unpaid Assistant’s accounts will be terminated. To regain MLS access, assistants will need to complete an Unlicensed Assistant Application with PRO/CPRO (link below) and pay a $65.00 new member set-up fee, in addition to the full year’s payment.

Invoice date:
October 15, 2024. Emails were sent to members with access to invoices through their membership portal.
Due:
December 16, 2024 by 5:00pm
Fees:
A $75.00 Late fee will be added at close of business (5 PM ET) December 16, 2024. Membership termination for nonpayment will be January 13, 2025. After this date a $75.00 reinstatement fee will be charged upon rejoining.
Your REALTOR® membership invoice allows the following options to contribute:
$99 – REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC). – advocacy and direct support of local, state and federal candidates who support Realtors®.
$25 – Global Council Member Dues – includes you in the professional development and tools to conduct real estate transactions with foreign buyers and sellers.
$10 – 2025 Voluntary REALTOR Foundation funds collected to support local charities throughout the year.
These are non-mandatory, voluntary suggested contributions. You can modify these amounts when prompted to pay more or less than the suggested contribution amounts.
