Please note the fees below are only for “new” members that have never had membership at a board before.
TAMPA BAY REALTORS® (TBR, formerly PRO/CPRO) membership rates effective July 1st, 2024 for Pinellas Residents:

| Membership Dues and LSC fees for July | $281 (includes dues for June – December) |
| TOTAL DUE ON APPLICATION | $516.00 |
Your will receive your total invoice from Stellar and your Stellar MLS will be paid through May of 2025.
