REALTOR® View Magazine Ad Specs
We prefer PDFs but accept nearly all file types from JPEG to EPS. CMYK is preferred. Raster files under 300dpi may not print clearly.

Full Page (you may choose either option)
Option #1: No bleed
File size: 7.5″ x 10″
Your ad will fit all within a safe area and show a .5″ whitespace around it (do not include this whitespace in your ad). You can design within that size however you want and not worry about bleed and margins, but we recommend keeping text elements .25″ from edges.
Option #2: Full bleed (edge-to-edge)
File size: 9″ x 11.5″ (includes .25″ bleed on all sides)
Safe zone: 7.5″ x 10″ (text must stay within this area)
Half page
File size: 7.5″ x 5″
Your ad will fit all within a safe area and show a .5″ whitespace on 3-4 sides (do not include this whitespace in your ad).
You can design within that size however you want and not worry about bleed and margins, but we recommend keeping text elements .25″ from edges.
NOTES:
Your ad could be placed within the top or bottom half of the page and may share the page with other ads.
Your ad may be shifted up or down to accommodate header or footer content, but will not be reduced in size.
As of 2022, there are no full bleed / edge-to-edge options for half page ads.
Quarter page
File size: 3.75″ x 5″
Your ad will fit all within a safe area and show a .5″ whitespace on 2-4 sides (do not include this whitespace in your ad).
You can design within that size however you want and not worry about bleed and margins, but we recommend keeping text elements .25″ from edges.
NOTES:
Your ad could be placed within any quadrant within the page and may share the page with other ads.
Your ad may be shifted up or down to accommodate header or footer content, but will not be reduced in size.
As of 2022, there are no full bleed / edge-to-edge options for quarter page ads.
