The Tampa Bay Global Real Estate Summit & Exchange will be hosted at the Hyatt Place Tampa Downtown, located at 325 N. Florida Ave. in the heart of Downtown Tampa. Serving as the official event headquarters, the hotel will host days 1 and 2, and the activities that bring participants together throughout the week.
Its central location places attendees just steps from the Tampa Riverwalk, Water Street Tampa, Sparkman Wharf, and some of the city’s most exciting restaurants, entertainment, and waterfront attractions, providing the perfect backdrop for both business and networking.
Participants who register for the Full Experience Package will enjoy six nights of accommodations at the Hyatt Place Tampa Downtown, allowing them to stay where the event takes place and fully immerse themselves in the experience. From breakfast conversations with colleagues to evening networking after the day’s activities, the hotel becomes more than the venue.
