The REAP program provides recipients with necessary tools, services, memberships, and guidance to start and grow a career in real estate. This includes support to become licensed, join the requisite REALTOR® associations and MLS, and to start working at a respected real estate brokerage. Our goal is to help you fulfill a purposeful, sustainable, and financially successful career.

Mentors will provide field experience and knowledge on the following topics:

- Preparing for listing appointments
- All about listing and selling condos (condo docs, applications/interview process, estoppels, rental, pet & vehicle restrictions, etc.)
- Preparing for closings (walk throughs, DA’s, closing docs)
- Open houses – How to market and best practices (printing fliers, signage, arrival set up, etc.)
- Marketing ideas
- Connecting with lenders, title agencies, and inspectors
- DISC profile
- Lead generation/economic models
- Goal setting organization/time blocking
