PRO/CPRO staff are committed to ensuring members have access to all the benefits, resources, and programs available to them. This requires dedicated relationships with the board of directors, volunteer committees, trustees, general membership, public officials, affiliate partners, local businesses, charities, and the state and federal association levels.

To uphold the Code of Ethics, strengthen the REALTOR® brand, foster professional development, and provide all related services, association staff must simultaneously listen to our membership and speak for them. Being “here for you” is more than a cliché, it’s our entire purpose!
