Use of Statistical Information and Reports:

GTR + PRO/CPRO statistics reports, charts and all data within are proprietary, copyrighted materials, provided as a member benefit to members of the Greater Tampa REALTORS® + Pinellas REALTOR® Organization & Central Pasco REALTOR® Organization. Members of GTR + PRO/CPRO may use (copy, paste and print) GTR + PRO/CPRO statistics information and reports for offline distribution to consumers. Additionally, members may reference information and data within provided reports for articles published digitally and in print.

For all uses of GTR + PRO/CPRO statistics materials, GTR + PRO/CPRO must be listed as the source of the statistics information.

Online Publication and Distribution of Statistics Reports:

Publishing GTR + PRO/CPRO’s statistical reports on individual members’ websites, blogs, and other online platforms is prohibited. Instead, members may link to a monthly news release provided to members and media outlets. Either of these URLs suffices as a permanent link to our stat reports: https://pinellasrealtor.org/market-statistics or https://pinellasrealtor.org/stats. However, members are encouraged to share any stats-related social media posts/pages made by GTR + PRO/CPRO via their social media accounts.
