Our stats are complied from data provided by Stellar MLS and Florida REALTORS®. Members are encouraged to use, share, and embed the videos however they see fit without editing them (see stats policies below).

How current are these stats?

Monthly videos/PDFs produced by STAR are typically published within 24 hours of the public release date determined at the state level. This release date typically falls 2.5 – 3 weeks after the close the target month.

Use of Statistical Information and Reports:

STAR statistics reports, charts and all data within are proprietary, copyrighted materials, provided as a member benefit to members of the Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS®. Members of STAR may use (copy, paste and print) STAR statistics information and reports for offline distribution to consumers. Additionally, members may reference information and data within provided reports for articles published digitally and in print.

For all uses of STAR statistics materials, STAR must be listed as the source of the statistics information.

Online Publication and Distribution of Statistics Reports:

Publishing STAR’s statistical reports on individual members’ websites, blogs, and other online platforms is prohibited. Instead, members may link to a monthly news release provided to members and media outlets.
